
SAUTÉED VEGETABLES WITH HAM

- Clean and chop the asparagus, carrots, green beans, zucchini, onion and garlic.
- Cook the vegetables in boiling water, note the cooking time for each vegetable: 5min carrots, 7min the green beans and 3min the asparagus.
- Add the garlic, onion, almonds, zucchini and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Incorporate the remaining vegetables and let cook 2min more.
- Pour the juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, fresh thyme (or powdered), the mini ham and sauté a few more minutes and you're done.
- 1 carrot or 2 small
- 80g green asparagus
- 80g tender Jewish
- 1⁄2 zucchini
- 1⁄2 red onion
- mushrooms
- Juice of half a lemon or Soy sauce or Olive oil
- 1 sprig of thyme or thyme powder
- 20 g almonds
- 50 g of soft garlic
- Parmesan
- 50g of minitaquitos ham
