  1. Clean and chop the asparagus, carrots, green beans, zucchini, onion and garlic.
  2. Cook the vegetables in boiling water, note the cooking time for each vegetable: 5min carrots, 7min the green beans and 3min the asparagus.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, almonds, zucchini and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
  4. Incorporate the remaining vegetables and let cook 2min more.
  5. Pour the juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, fresh thyme (or powdered), the mini ham and sauté a few more minutes and you're done.
