OUR GLOVERSVILLE FACTORY
Our state of the art facilities are located in Gloversville, NY. South of the Adirondacks National Park.
Here is where we make all of our high end charcuterie for the US market. Traditionally dry cured salamis and chorizos. Artisanal meat snacks. Poultry and game charcuterie, etc. We also have a brand new slicing room where we can do all kinds of retail packs from.
Additionally, we import our own Serrano Hams from Spain, Espuna has been making Serrano ham for decades and is one of the main players in the European cured ham markets. We process them in Gloversville into retail packs ready to be enjoyed by the US public through all of our channels.

Recycling is part of Espuna´s strategic plan. Being environmentally responsible and promoting actively all recycling policies is embedded into our strategic path.
Espunas innovative recyclable packaging keeps plastics protective characteristics for the product, while reducing 70% its presence in the packaging. Therefore making it 70% more recyclable than average packages in the market for pre-sliced salami or cured ham.
